Treetop Nets opens at Lightwater Valley

23rd May 2016

Treetop Nets has announced that its brand new attraction in Ripon, North Yorkshire, will officially open its doors on Sunday 22nd of May and tickets to be among the very first to experience the new high ropes adventure, complete with the longest aerial net walkway in the world, are now available.

Pioneered in the Lake District and awarded "Best Visitor Attraction in England" in its first year of operation, Treetop Nets’ Yorkshire site, which is located next to Lightwater Valley Theme Park, will boast 2000m2 of giant trampolines, walks and slides all contained within hand-made 3m high rope nets and suspended between trees up to 50ft off the ground.

The new site, suitable for everyone aged three and up, is even bigger and ventures even higher into the trees than its original Lake District attraction and uses enough rope to run the entire length of Hadrian’s Wall. It also features exciting new additions including a gigantic aerial ball pool, a tree house and a 50-foot high crows nest.

Mike Turner, owner of Treetop Nets said:

“We cannot wait to welcome adventurers little and big, young and old, to the brand new Treeetop Nets Yorkshire.

‘The attraction looks outstanding and will make for an amazing family day out. We are incredibly proud that Treetop Nets now has a home in Yorkshire and would like to thank the local community for making us feel so very welcome.”

Tickets for Treetop Nets cost from £12.50 per person and are now available to buy online at treetopnets.co.uk or by calling 01539 447186.
