06th November 2018
Liverpool’s ‘River of Light: The Elements’ event on 4th November in association with Royal Liver Building 360 (RLB360) saw the return of Titanium Fireworks, who wowed crowds last year with a jaw dropping display. They are the team behind acclaimed national events including the Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve party, Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, the launch of Hull’s City of Culture year and the opening ceremony for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Tens of thousands of people lined the waterfront in Liverpool and New Brighton for the free spectacle, which acted as the finale for the China Dream season, part of Liverpool’s 2018 cultural programme. It was also the final major event for the ‘Imagine Wirral’ year of culture, creativity and ideas.
As the headline event sponsor, we’re proud to have supported such a spectacularly successful and iconic event and to have launched our RLB360 brand to the tens of thousands of people in attendance. The RLB360 logo was projected on to the Royal Liver Building throughout the evening, along with our team being present to talk to the assembled crowds and to hand out literature and branded illuminated balloons.
Royal Liver Building 360 is a new world-class visitor attraction that will be operated by Heritage Great Britain in partnership with Corestate.
