In the autumn of 2009 after 12 months of indepth and rigorous research, Highlands and Islands Enterprises announced and presented the new John O'Groats Master Plan which has been produced by GVA Grimley.

With much of Heritage Great Britain's development falling into Phase 1 of the Master Plan. Allan Leech, Peter Treherne and Dudley Westgate are currently working on some exciting prospects which they should be able to announce early in 2010.
